Make Alcohol Alcohol Again

Here's a Stupid Idea:
Wynn has lots of alcoholic beverages like Good Ol' Nemract Whisky, Wynnter's Wine, Jofash Rum, etc.

As of right now, the only alcohol that gets you drunk is Nem. Whisky & Wynnter's Wine.

Make the non-alcoholic alcohols alcoholic (i.e. gives the Drunkenness Effect).

Make alcohol Alcohol Again (also called Make Alcohol Alcohol Alcohol because Alcohol causes memory loss and the higher-ups were drunk when the registered the trademark)

It's fun, immersive, and why not?

 

Immersion :)

 

Its annoying and nauseating. It's one of the few Minecraft features that you can disable in the settings menu for a reason.
The other alcohols are effectively unique potions that we wanted to brand as alcohol to add a pinch of more worldbuilding.

it doesn't even emulate what being intoxicated feels like. And how immersive can it be when you down the entire bottle in a single sip and then start being drunk immediately?

 

The goal isn't to emulate what *this* world is like, it's to feel more like a part of *that* world. Tbf tho you are right about the nausea effect being, well... nauseating.

After some thought, I agree more with you on leaving the drinks as they are now, since that's how the world of Wynn operates!
