Game Mechanics World Bosses blocking power leveling spots

Add world encounters to block off good power leveling spots, similar to how Bane of the Great Bridge blocks entry to the herb cave, in essence to give power leveling a skill wall. It would encourage newer players to do quests instead of powerleveling because newer players wont have the skill required to pass these bosses, while rewarding the players with that skill with more exp and fun bosses to make power leveling less mind numbing
