World Ragni-Fort Torann fast travel

    Despite being able to re-enter the tutorial area, you can't actually get to Fruma from it outside of the quest. I think that after completing A Journey Home, the door in the tutorial where the train station is should open up permanently and allow fast travel to Fort Torann. The train on the other end should also take you back the other way.

    Ragni-Torann makes much more sense than Fruma Gate-Torann.
