Bugged Store : Extend 40% Rank Sale

As of now, the store doesn't account for previous ranks purchased when trying to buy a new rank. This has, to my knownledge, been since the Fruma update where most of us came back to play. Unfortunately, this coincides with and effectively nullifies the 40% rank sale. For example...

I am VIP+, which costs $27.99. Becoming a hero should be $59.99. The upgrade, or difference is $31.99. With the discount of 40%, the actual cost is roughly $19.20. This is correctly displayed in-game. However, when on the store and logged into my account, it charges $35.99, which is the 40% discount applied to the full $59.99 price. Seeing as the actual rank with the discount costs more than the rank upgrade itself, the sale might as well not exist.

Therefore, I am requesting an extension after the bug is fixed.

 

I believe that sales are account specific so extending them may not be possible. Although I don't really know how they work on the inside.

 

Regardless, any sale currently ongoing is useless. Should I send this to support instead?

 

Sales are only applied in game and specific to each person.
