I dont rly know in what section this one belongs since it kind of has to do with multiple things.

Hi, im new to wynncraft and kinda overwhelmed.

Im looking for some advice/guidance for all five classes since all the guides I found were kind of outdated.

What armor pieces/ sets should I look out and get during leveling to 106?
What weapons should I get during the leveling?
(Like for example: when Adventurer Set and what Weapon and what gear after that?)

For all the classes into which skill should I put my skill points?
(Confusing with the elemental description, aswell as what is needed for which class? (Mage = Int + ???,...))

I kind of like a more dmg centered builds I think. What are some good ability trees for them?
(seems a bit complex, I dont rly understand what is meant when someone says to go down the paladin line for example, i mean yeah the right side but do i then rly not go for anything in the middle and left? (which skills got a good synergy))

All Questions are for all classes since even though I now played Mage the longest, im still not sure if it rly is my favorite.

Extra Question: When do I do a specific quest (meant for "special quests" since I read something about waiting and leveling a bit for Tower of Ascension,...)

Im also open for any other tipps :)

Thanks for the help and sorry for any typos or bad english in general.

well, for the guide there is this guide called "the ultimate build guide" and its buids are (mostly) up to date. if your asking for armor sets during the leveling, i assume you are mob grinding, and if your new, dont do it just do quests and stuff; but just use adventurer set till lvl 40, elf set (isles of fiction) till lvl 75, morph till lvl 105. the skill points thing isnt like dnd (cuz there you have to do the rest of the skillpoints in your best skill (mage = int...), but certain items have requirements of certain skill points; this is showed in wynnbuilder (a way to send and show builds). in a collum to the right of the armor sets, and to the left of your spells is your ehp (effective hit points) and if its low, you die quicker; so if you have spare skill points and your ehp is low, you should put them in agility and defence, never put skillpoints in intelligence, and if you need damage put hem in strength and dexterity. for the ability trees, i dont rly get ur question, but imma just give you the side and archetype for the most damage for a class; archer = prob boltslinger (left), warrior = fallen (left), assassin = just dont play acrobat (right) shadestepper and trickster both do good damage, mage = ig riftwalker or arcanist (left and right), and shaman defenitly acolyte (right). for the special quests, i guess youre talking abt tower of acension and qira and stuff, but those just have different "floors" that have a higher level requirement. This was all i believe

oh and for the ability trees, if im right they should be in the build guide

oh btw for the weapon during leveling, just look in the trademarket for a weapon with xp bonus in your lvl range, and after that save sum money for a mythic (that you also buy on the trademarket) that suits the build you want from the guide
    ________________________________
you should do the special quests over time OR if you are the recommended level of the last "floor" (i prefer the latter one)

In my experience following guides for builds or using sets is only really necessary in endgame content. The game is designed in such a way that the items you find/earn while playing (generally following content book objectives) will give you enough bonuses to clear the content at your level.

So my advice is to not try to optimise things too much and just see wherever the game takes you!
