the world of this game is made delicate and precise.
However, we dont have enough reasons to explore worlds to the very corners.
We are only able to gain a little xp on finding new area of the world.
to make exploring more worthy, we will have new exploring XP (eXP) and gain eXP instead combat XP on finding new areas.
We can also get eXP by visiting various places in town (A rooftop floor of silverbull company is good example) or other landmarks. This mechanics can save wonderful architecture that most of players never visited.
We can obtain items that are helpful to explore on certain exploring level.
These are suggestions of items for exploring: A Hot Air Balloon (Anytime access to housing island, this can be used like Potion of return in terraria), Drone Camera (you can fly camera to only enjoy seeing landscape), Wild scroll (Only one coordinate can be written on to teleport, works like pocket warp point in Genshin Impact), elytra (only for gliding), Potion of night vision, A set armor that can reduce mobility spell cost significantly, hook shot.
Mobilty tomes are gonna may be obtained from this.

    exploring chest:
This can be opened only one time per class.
This is set on various places in the world.
consumables useful to explore and tokens used to buy items mentioned above are in it.
Also exp can be obtained from these chests.

The reward for exploring should be the joy of finding new things. I think adding incentives to explore isn't a terrible idea, but it has to be done carefully, lest you turn exploration into a chore. As usual, I'll make Soulsbornekiro Ring comparison (look, I've been playing them a lot lately).

In Elden Ring's DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree, they added items that increase your power dramatically to allow power scaling over the course of the incredibly long DLC, even for players who are already endgame. As such, bosses were balanced around players finding these to increase their power, and a player who didn't was left incredibly underpowered. I personally found exploration quite fun, and found most of these by random chance, and thought the overall system and exploration was fantastic. My friend, however, did not appreciate having to find almost all of them in order for the game to be properly balanced. He absolutely hated the experience and the way it felt like exploring every nook and cranny of the DLC was mandatory. Now I disagree with that assessment, but that isn't the point here. Locking items behind extreme levels of exploration makes it feel like you aren't exploring for the sake of exploring, you're exploring as part of the grind.

Also, I would argue a lot of the items you suggest don't fit with the game or are unbalanced. The hot air balloon is just a teleport scroll, a wild scroll is just a better teleport scroll and I would argue removes an incentive to explore, a camera drone both would almost certainly allow seeing out-of-bounds areas and doesn't fit with the tone of the game, and while a movement spell armour set would be interesting, it would have to be deliberately kneecapped to prevent it being overpowered in lootruns. That said, I do like some of the ideas a lot; elytra would be fun (and realistically, 3 classes can fly pretty easily anyway, it's not like they'd be overpowered so long as they're glide-only), night vision would be useful, and a hookshot would be pretty fun, although I'm not sure how useful it would be.

Overall I don't hate the idea of providing rewards for exploration (dead ends with nothing there are annoying), but I don't really like the idea of turning it into another leveling system that you grind to get loot.

I understood my idea of adding incentives to exploring arent very well-considered.
But I dont understand why drone camera is so bad idea.
I want the item to simply take pictures.
(though, idk whether it is technically possible on vanilla minecraft)
I couldnt understand what you mean in "out-of-bounds area".
You mean simply out of the world? Or unreachable area at progress at the time?
whichever you do, prevent players from entering area are not so easy.

In my idea, temporally killing when using camera allows all drone camera mechanism technically. (like when you are killed in world event)

This is most definitely possible in Wynncraft, we already have actual cinematics which make use of a makeshift "camera" via putting the player in spectate mode (to my knowledge). I wouldn't call it a "drone camera" considering how weirdly modern that sounds nor would I want it to be an item but it would definitely be nice for Wynncraft to have a "photo mode" like other games have.
Final Fantasy XIV in particular has a great photo mode (called Group Pose within the game).
