Mage/Dark Wizard Need a new Arcanist LVL 90 build!

Have been struggling for a while now with my damage output and defence, and am in need of a new Arcanist build!

Do not have to keep anything from my current build, and just in search for some high damage new build with a budget around 1stx!

Hope someone can help me! If there are any others tips for skillpoint, or ability tree, I am very open to hear about it!

Slight change in the ability tree. Dragon eye bracelet can be pricey, but well in the range of 1 stx. Put skill points in strength and dexterity, or defence if struggling.
Basically whole build was stolen from this (https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/meta-gear-for-leveling.275840/) (except changed the necklace)
