Game Mechanics Fireworks and Comet Major ID

I was thinking of something like this, dropped from the Geyser Pit.



(Of course, only the Major ID matters. It could be on a helmet, boot, whatever.)

The high skill point requirement would prevent it from being too overpowered.

Feel free to criticize the post or the idea in general.

 

Dont these already have no cooldown?
