Game Mechanics Timelock Ideas

    Everyone knows Time-lock has never really been good, and the obvious reason why is because you are spending all of your winded and you will need to rebuild it. This is a major issue because Time-lock is Rift-walker's major ability. So, I would like to suggest some ideas:

    1. Time-lock now actually freezes the mob in place. This would allow you to be able to hit your meteors much easier, and give rift-walker essentially a support ability which I think could be cool. Although, it sounds maybe hard to code and/or balance.

    2. Simply buff Time-lock by giving more time for less winded.

    3. A Time-lock overhaul where Time-lock would become an ability similar to shaman masks where it would simply buff and de-buff the player. Perhaps the strength of winded would be greatly increased but the winded drains extremely fast.

    4. Both you and the mob you are targeting are frozen in place, but your damage is insane, meaning you would have to be selective and have perfect timing to be able to freeze in the perfect place and be able to do damage.

    If I think of anything else I'll add it feel free to make your own suggestions, I know a lot of people want a Time-lock change and probably have good ideas as well. I'm not a game designer, but I think some of these ideas are good, but may need to be balanced more with de-buffs and whatnot.

    My issue with riftwalker/timelock is that its damage is so reliant on good cps. You basically need macros to play it effectively, good luck trying to manual cast and not get arthritis
