World LI transmutation merchants

Would be cool to have transmutation merchants at LI simular as to what the hive has.
And ye I'm aware the hive is a quest and there's no way of reobtaining a token.

Anyways for those switching out builds a lot it can be very frustrating having to do LI over and over again potentially even wasting tokens when throwing away old jewelry pieces to save up bank space. For those grinding the diamond mask this could also be very helpful!

I know I have little to back up this suggestion but I hope this can be taken into consideration perhaps?
Would be a very nice QOL thing as well as a nice way to fill up those half empty boots ;)

 

As someone who owns 13 legendary medallions and tests & switches a lot of builds... it takes like 5 minutes brah

My bigger complaint is... ADD MORE STORAGE PLEASE! In an ideal world there would be chests on housing but let's be real who trusts housing? How many mythics have been lost...
