Game Mechanics A small Timelocked addition + a new Arcanist Aspect.

    My suggestion for Timelocked is that it should negate all fall damage while in effect.

    This would be a soft fix on the bug that happens when using Timelocked, where you don’t get the flight, and so it flings you into the air, and deals fall damage.

    Here’s my Arcanist Aspect idea, too:
    Aspect of the Fireball: Pyrokinesis gains a 5, 10, and 20% increase in speed, for levels 1, 2, and 3 respectively.

    This would go hand in hand with the new Perilous Flare major ID, to slightly counteract the slower Pyrokinesis (and maybe make people start experimenting with melee mage concepts)

    I'm pretty sure Timelock already negates fall damage. What is happening to you is Timelock ending right before you hit the floor, resulting in massive fall damage.

    In my experience, being in the air when activating Timelock prevents the launch. Jumping while crouching and casting heal should do the trick. It is kinda a workaround, but it does the job.

    Sidenote: thanks to this, I am so used to jumping while casting any spell that my freezing sigil is usually in the air now.

    Regular Pyrokinesis is basically instant

    This aspect would "force" Cypress Amber to be used for +Perilous Flare which I don't like the idea of... but hey there are CT members who drole on and make excuses for an "eventual" mage melee buff but it's already been years, we're growing up. How long is it going to take?
