make it possible to refight old bosses

basically make it so u can refight old bosses with a boss altar on players islands u can create that allows u to tweak the bosses to your liking without reward or xp upon killing the boss

 

which old bosses?

There are 5 main types of bosses
Dungeon/Raid bosses, who you can always refight
Boss altar bosses, who you can always refight
Miscellaneous bosses, most of whom you can refight or find on a different class
World event bosses who you can always refight

and finally quest bosses, some of whom you can just go into the quest area again, and for the few that not, you can make a new class.

Maybe like AHC bosses this could work for, but that would kinda be a spoiler anyway so yeah lol

 

i was thinking sorta like jedi fallen order arena mode where you can spawn a few of them like 5 or 10 bosses and tweak the settings to make them stronger or faster giving the opportunity to basically allow the players to play custom boss mode that allows them to have a slow boss be fast or a tanky boss be strong (also u can only fight tbe boss again should u have beaten it before) (beat corruptor of worlds it gets added to the list)

 

it seems like too much work for what is basically an LI knockoff

 

Some quest bosses have refights in World Events
Bane of the Great Bridge can be refought at will
Dungeons can be redone at will
Boss Altars can be redone at will
Raids can be redone at will

 

am i correct that Bane is triggered the first time you cross the bridge from either side, whenever you click on the charred corpse at the bottom, and also as the boss of the Burning Memory world event?

the thing is because i logged off before 2.1 in the jungle, the first time i ever crossed the bridge was the wrong way, so I think the fight bugged out, and now it sometimes retriggers when i cross

 

Plus the Hive, ToA, Bob’s Tomb, and LI are all replayable.
