Description: As a new player having just earned my first emblem (Bonfire festival, 2024), I would like to have either an item or part of my non-item character data that can store emblems I have earned, so that I don't have to find space for them in my bank. While this is a minor problem for me currently as I am a new player, it is at least a slight disincentive to keep the memorabilia. In its current state, if it came down to this vs. anything with actual game utility, e.g. an at-level legendary armor (Rares would be a tossup), I'd more likely just keep a screenshot of the emblem's tooltip.
In short, I really don't think they should of been items in the first place. Fortunately, I think it would be relatively straightforward to at least patch over the issue. You could probably make an item like the Emerald Pouch or Ingredient Pouch. However, I don't think it would take that much more effort to add something to the account data similar to how quests are tracked.
Disclaimer: I have no idea if this as been suggested or exists already, as I legitimately can't find the forum search feature (I tried allowing scripts from all sources, still nothing). I at least checked the first page of the section (and its parent section)!

    What's your point?
I've updated the thread starter to clarify that storing emblems *as items* is mostly beside my point. I don't think they necessarily should have been items in the first place. It's not like you can trade them, sell them, use them, or do anything else you normally do with items.

Edit: I have been informed this is the sort of item the housing feature "misc bucket" can store, I guess that was their point. Or at least, that's what it seems to do based on the description. I'm new and don't feel like spending half an LE just yet to find out for sure, but if it does, that at least solves my main issue. I still think stuff like this shouldn't necessarily be items but I am much less motivated on the issue now.

There is a storage system identical to the bank but designed for storing niche items like runes, powders, amplifiers, gadgets, festival stuff, quest items, etc.

They're meant to be little collectors items you can show off on an item pedestal or hold onto as a keepsake.

Thank you for the clarification. I guess this thread is kind of redundant then, whoops!

(Once again, I would've loved to avoid this kind of redundancy, but as I mentioned I can't find the search feature, if it even exists for this forum software)

Oh that explains why I couldn't find it! I was only looking on the subforum, since I didn't want to search the whole site, IIRC vbulletin and phpbb have at least some button that shows up near the top of each subforum, to search only that subforum? Kind of bizarre to me that XenForo doesn't TBH.
