You select the class you want to delete. A sign pops up, in which you must type the class name (Archer, Knight, Shaman, etc.) and the class level. (If you have two classes of the same level, there would be some sort of additional detail, I guess.) This is for confirmation. You don't have to do this process if the class is below level 20.

Once this is done, the class deletes, without a **40 day** wait (for an endgame one). The contents of the class's character bank and inventory are sent to a new, temporary storage (accessed either through your bank or an NPC in the Detlas bank), while the ing pouch has its items autosold and the money sent to your account bank. The temporary bank holds its items for 3 days or 7 days or something; you can't place anything into the temp bank (only remove it) and the items are deleted after the period's up.

    Pros of this:
    • Doesn't take over a month to allow a filled-out endgame player to start playing again.
    • Unlikely that you'd accidentally delete the wrong class.
    • You won't accidentally delete any valuable items when you delete a class.
    • Deleting low-level classes isn't a hassle.
    Cons of this:
    • Salted would make less money.

Unacceptable con, your suggestion is now invalid

In all seriousness this is a good idea, but I feel like it would be too much of a hassle to type the class name and level. A simple yes/no confirmation screen would be good enough imo.

It's intended to be a hassle to type out, it ensures you won't accidentally delete a class with the streamlined system. A yes/no confirmation's going to result in a lot of angry players on Discord and Forums who want to retrieve a class they accidentally deleted.

...That still doesn't achieve the idea? This also prevents misclicking so you don't delete the wrong class.
