    Minecraft:
Different attack speeds cause the use of Ophanims orbs to not be spread out evenly. For example, with fast attack speed, 3/6 orbs (Divination taken in Tree) will mostly be used up first before any of the other orbs get used at all.
With "slow" attack speed, the usage of orbs gets spread out more evenly, resulting in less healing spells being required to sustain all 6 orbs.

This is very unintuitive as it isnt explained anywhere and youd have to be really paying attention to notice that this is the case, even though it does have a decently large impact on Lighbenders gameplay.

The root cause of the issue is each orb having an individual health "bar"; So I suggest that the orbs share a collective health pool instead. This would allow more consistent healing and usage of the orbs. Since the orbs will no longer disappear one by one, the damage of each orb will have to be scaled based on the shared health pool, instead of the damage being scaled by the amount of orbs still alive.

This health pool would also make more sense, as the orbs total collective health is already displayed via a boss bar.

By the way, you could use faster attack speed weapons and click the same speed as max cps on slow weapons to circumvent the issue, but youd be sacrificing powder special charge time and life and mana steal by not reaching the cps cap for your used weapons attack speed.

The way it currently works makes slow attack speed almost feel required to play lightbender effectively.

(Honestly, this almost feels like a bug)

Just make Ophanim scale with attack speed tier. Faster weapon, faster orbs. Seems like an easy fix.

Well right now it seems like it's meta to have -tierstack. If the Ophanim have their speed not scale, they're better at low levels.
I suppose I will also make clear the other part of Ophanim scaling, which would be that, as tier goes up, not only does OSpeed go up, but ODamage also goes down.
So it all balances out overall, with a slight-but-noticeable damage skew to one part of the tier spectrum.

I like the idea, but you should also have the orbs CONSISTENTLY shoot out, like a steady stream of projectiles when you spam melee. The current system of orbs stopping and starting when you spam melee feels horrible, and it looks janky as hell

Yes. You should be able to shoot out a steady stream all the time, and heal them with your healing spell as they take damage. Sunflare gives you health and mana regen, which is pretty amazing, but the constant flow of Ophanim orbs should not be something we get from a buff, it should be something that we already have from the very beginning.
