Game Design Class locked items

I really hope you wont lock items to a certain class (other than weapons). I could kind of understand it with items that have a certain Major-ID for a certain classes, but stuff some stuff on the official item-search website scares me xD
Hope this is just a bug or something and not something you actually intend on changing.

Example:

 

there is also a helmet with Healing efficiency % and mana regen that is mage locked

 

that has been a thing on several items ingame since pre-2.0, and it has never actually worked.

 

Some items are made with a specific class in mind and would have potentially disastrous consequences if other classes were able to use it, or are just meant to only fill the niche of one specific class

 

I agree it can be needed in some cases, but Charm Of The Magma for example shouldnt be locked to warriors

Also class locked items dont actually exist yet, and there havent been disasterous consequences from other classes being able to use Nighthawk or Gnossis or Apex or Iosis for example

 

Obviously items with an MID for a specific class are intended for that class but unless it completely breaks the game or something (which no item should do if a specific class wields it) it should still be able to be used by other classes.
