A tiny change to the King's Merchant in Cinfras

After you have reached Lv.75 and have completed WynnExcavation Site D, you can buy five Legendary necklaces, one for each element. How about we add a rainbow version?

Spell Damage instead of Melee cuz yes

 

If it's balanced, sure

 

Bad idea bc its not +7% stealing.

Other than that its mostly fine, but as mentioned above, maybe change the Raw Melee Dam to Spell Dam %.

Edit: upon looking at other amulets offered by that guy I realized that this would be an obvious choice to go for that instead of others so here are some changes:

• Nerf the MR to +2/5s, 5/5s is a bit too close to the Stormy one
• Nerf the Walk Speed to +5%, same logic as above
• Nerf Melee Dam % and Spell Dam % to +5% instead of 10%
• As mentioned above, replace Raw Melee Dam to Spell Dam %
• Reduce all Skill Points given from +2 to +1
