So, addressing the admittedly fairly minor issue mentioned in the title here, 2 birds could be taken out with one stone, by both giving craftsmen access to Major IDs and making dungeons relevant. This could be achieved by putting major id mats (with significant and meaningful downsides so as not to be entirely broken, not to mention high rarity) in forgery chest loot and the lootrunning pool (yeah not dungeons, but seems like a good other place to put them). I'm thinking absolutely less rare than mythics, but still rarer than say liquid emeralds in a lr chest, and I haven't done enough forgery to really know how to weight it there, other than easier than mythics. This would open up builds a lot for craftsmen, making it more enjoyable towards the higher levels, and would give them a reason to interact with dungeons past acquiring tools and forgetting about them for the rest of the game, which would be a nice break for them to get to interact with more parts of the game and take a break from farming professions. In the dungeons themselves, the shops could be given meaningful crafting ingredients to buy for large amounts of the non-fragment drop (probably like 5+, but make it a good material), as dungeons tend to be easier content, and so making them a more than 1-1 makes more sense to stick closer to standard progression. This would give the boss item a purpose for them, at least while in the ballpark levels, instead of being immediate trash.
