I dont understand why they were added. This time-gating thing was removed from skill points, and soul points in general are on the chopping block. Ability shards are very similar in that way.
May they be there to get money in the economy?
May they be there to encourage daily logins?
I cant think of a reason that seems worth the annoyances with them, but please comment on my take here (シ)┌

----- How I think it should be -----

Youd always be able to edit the tree in a safe zone instead. The reset button would be usable for free if you want a full reset instead of just changing your tree around. (The ability shard screen would be removed, resetting would just require clicking the orb/button twice, first time to show intent, second time for confirmation)

    ----- Small side note -----

This suggestion partly comes from me just wanting to change one single ability point to something else but having to redo the whole tree instead.

A feeling that I'm sure many, including myself, have felt.

This is pretty similar to what I was saying in another thread, but I'm pretty sure this is a common thought among many Wynn players, myself included.

I mean i understand why it exists (its an inconvenience added to give it weight) but ye id also be down for it to be removed so that it matches the skill point reset section

They dont cost much exept time and nerves, because you just want to change one ability point to something else or swap builds, but then you have to go to the bank and get the shards and go through the shard resetting menu thingy with the animation and bla bla I dont like it its bugging me

(Complainy bump, I want the game to be better than it already is)
