Game Mechanics Morph Weapon

In order for this set to retain its purpose as a cheap option, I added a weapon to the set so it can survive Fruma.

Also Morph-Endless is going to be far rarer than the other Morph Items, rarer than a fabled but not as rare as a mythic.

in all seriousness I don't think a build merely ment to be a stepping stone should have an endgame weapon.

 

Isn't the weapon a bit too strong? +15 in every sp, 16 mr and ms, -20% on all spell costs, 26% spell damage and a high base damage on a set weapon is a overkill. Also different classes have different base damage on their weapons for a reason. A weapon that can be used on every class can be broken in 1 class (for example a high base damage weapon on mage) or really lacking on another class (for example a mid-low base dps weapon on assassin).

The idea of a morph weapon is good in general, but it should be a different weapon for each class and not as strong as what you suggested.

Yeah but we don't know what will be the power level difference yet. I doubt there will be a massive difference due to the current meta being too developed to simply throw away.

 

the point does still stand about the weapon being different for different classes; compare mage weapon base dps to shaman weapon base dps. This weapon would do mediocre damage for shamans but be insanely broken for mages. There's a reason different weapons are different for different classes
