World Make Zhight Island's music avalible as housing music in Selchar instead of Skien's Island's music

    Zhight Island has received a wonderful new song, unfortunately, it is not available as housing music in any town (maybe Llevigar has it, but champions have more housing music privileges anyway). Make Zhight Island's music available at Selchar and maybe Nemract, non-VIP+ players will benefit from it :)
