Game Mechanics Chat Toggles for Shouts and Regeneration

I have done so many boss fights, with people shouting in chat. How many times have I pressed F3+D to clear my chat after talking to an NPC.

When I'm walking around the world of Wynn, I don't want to know if someone is streaming, selling Warp, or why I should join this random guild. I just want to not have to press F3+D EVERY SINGLE TIME SOMEONE SHOUTS SOMETHING.

Also, when a "shouting match" starts, it means now I have to press F3+D every 5 seconds.
There is a short-term solution. /ignore works with shouts now. But it means you would have to /ignore every single player to accomplish 0 shouts.

It's really annoying. I would really appreciate toggles for both seeing shouts in chat and chat regenerating after talking to an NPC.

Shouts are sometimes fun to go through when you are bored, but it is disappointing to go read a shout looking to see what people are saying and just looking at someone’s warp that I can’t afford. There should alternatives for that I feel like.
