    CONTEXT:
    /changetag is a donator feature for VIP+ and up, it lets you "disguise" as a lower rank. VIP+ can look like a VIP, Champion can look like any lower rank, etc.

    PROBLEM:
    For some reason, this doesn't go below VIP. If you don't want to stand out, tough luck. You're stuck with a green name.
    This doesn't matter to most people, but for the people it does matter to (me) it just sucks. It really is the dealbreaker for me on whether or not to get a rank.

    SOLUTION:
    Let VIPs and up use the existing /changetag command to disguise as people without a rank, standard gray name with no tag.
