I think the title is pretty self-explanatory.

The Mythic droprate buff sure killed the Mythic economy right? You know what else did? Giving everyone the same fucking reward pool so that a small handful of individual Mythics dropped 50billion times!

Very true, I wonder if the mythic drop rates would've gotten nerfed that much if everyone had their own set of mythic rewards

I think they still would have been, but having everyone get the same Mythics makes the problem exponentially worse

Do you happen to know which mythics were dropped a ton?

I don't remember the original pool I'm gonna be honest, I know Idol was in the first pool, I think Pure, Sunstar and Sabs were among the drops as well.

The original pool in SE had Shiny Galleon, Nirvana, Epoch, Quetzalcoatl, Resurgence those are the ones I remember.

After that the pool contained Grandmother, Spring, Divzer, Shiny Collapse and Revenant along with some more that I forgot about

There was a two hour long period where idol and some other really expensive mythics were available last Friday when the mythics reset

I can understand where you're coming from, but this is a short term issue and your solution ignores the reason for having a shared drop pool in the first place.

By having shared drops, you can choose to lootrun when mythics you want are in the pool, if it wasn't on a fixed rotation you could just get completely shafted repeatedly because some mythics are just better than others and will always be worth more. It would be far more unfair if some people just never got the chance to run for high value mythics where as other, luckier people would have their time be worth far more. The rotation ensures that everyone lootrunning is running for the same stuff each week which hurts some prices for now, but once everything has been made available in a few weeks and prices stabilize it'll be a complete non-issue where as if this change was made it would just screw some players forever.

As for mythics dropping in price, I really just don't see the issue. Shiny mythics exist to fulfill the role that mythics used to (but never should have) played in the economy, they're far too important to the power level of endgame builds to be relegated to being worth dozens of stacks of LE for one item which can be radically changed at any time. They aren't needed for endgame content, but the fact remains that the difference between mythic weapons and alternatives is far too large for a healthy metagame. Lowered mythic prices isn't a bug, it's a much needed and long awaited fix to address that issue which has persisted for ages.
