    • Righting Reflex should only cost 1 AP, because it is training wheels for Acrobat.
    • Weightless should be 0.5 mana per hit minimum, but make it cost an extra archetype point and make Wall of Smoke or Psithurism give an Acrobat archetype point to compensate.
    • Poison doesn’t have to be a “laid back” gameplay style, and massively struggles lategame. Toxoplasmosis might still be Shaman’s worst mythic from a general standpoint after 2.0.3. To compensate, why not make poison akin to applying Winded; ramping damage that needs to be continuously applied in order to match the effectiveness of the “main” damage types
    • Acrobat flying is really slow compared to something like Mage Teleport-flying. Acrobat flying too is outclasses by pure Walk Speed. Thus an upgrade could be needed, maybe adding the Walk Speed identification apply when airborne.

    A gree only at this, 50% nerf is too much imo keep the 0.75 mana, acrobat is good not broken. They can add more acro abilities reqirmen to nerf trickrobat.
    Also they should cancel the diversion nerf for sure, this ability is so bad better option is to get marked and I think they should buff it instead. Especially if they gona add more abilities after diversion. Diversion buff could make trickster tank/support playstyle better. Shadestepper should be buffed too, its probably worst archetype for raids. Night cloak knife rework doesn't work, sacrificing 60% dmg bonus forever to get 24% for 40s is so bad, this ability is unbuffable scrap it and make other ability, concept of giant floating knife that attack enemies is so cool but consuming marks not

    Unsure why I was lumped in here, but let me further clarify some things.

    • Righting Reflex never really struck me as a useful tool, and I find relying too much on it can cause bad habits to develop that hinder your effectiveness in learning Acro. Yes it slows your descent, but also hinders your ascent as well. It’s also only temporary, so relying on it to sustain air time is almost always a bad call. With it costing 1 AP, it would lessen the impact it has on your tree, giving you more leeway into actually useful tools further down it.
    • The Weightless nerf was completely abysmal in my eyes. I really hate Tricksterbat as is, but this was in no way the best way to disincentivize it. Tricksterbats only have less sustain to work with, while to full Acros, it’s a huge slap in the face.
    • I might be a hipster, but I actually really like using poison builds against mobs in general play. I own a Toxo, but have never once used it against another player. I just have to keep asking myself why they choose to inhibit poison. It could be an actually interesting gameplay element, rather than just being regarded as a means of grinding mobs. In 2.0.3, my current Toxo build gets 68k/3s poison. In order to be effective by 2.0 standards, it would have to get roughly 300k/3s.
    If their main concern is Hunted, a mode which I personally find a huge joke to even keep acknowledging its existence, then apart from making it more based on ramping damage to prevent instakills and encourage interactivity, you could also make other stats- like earth defense, for instance- actually affect it.
    If poison is purely meant to be a secondary damage type, why does Toxo have to suffer for it? Either make it an outlier as a means of having a unique gimmick as a mythic (no, it definitely doesn’t do it well enough as is), or completely change it. Whatever works best.

    Anyone else notice that you can’t get every acrobat ability with the AP given? I have to skip using Ricochets so I can get cheaper spell costs, and getting a second elemental mastery isn’t even an option. Righting reflex should definitely be 1 AP and ricochets should become one ability (no more better ricochets, one ability gives two bounces). All of the abilities are so fun to use, but I have to sacrifice one for another even with one archetype being used.
    As others stated, the Weightless change is absolutely the wrong way to nerf Trickstobat. You now need twice the mana regen just to sustain properly.

    If Psithurism or Wall of Smoke is an Acrobat ability, and Weightless has a higher acro req, you would need to unlock Lacerate to get Weightless. If I thought about that correctly. Isn’t that a much more effective way to nerf Trickstobat, without nerfing Acrobat?

    imo i feel like when using acrobat spells the movement in them should be affected by ur move speed. i run faster than i can dash/ spin attack.

    This is what I think about in the shower
    Like when I’m going to Lutho after TNA, I just walk there because it’s faster. Flying is really fun and useful but it needs horizontal momentum. The flying class should probably be efficient and effective at flying.
    Imagine if, for every like 5% walk speed, Lacerate and Dash gain a horizontal momentum increase. This would make building Acrobat so much more interesting and unique as Cataclysm wouldn’t be the go-to weapon anymore. Weathered, Slider, and even Archangel might become more useful and prominent weapons with this ability. Just a little white ability with similar wording to like Radiant Devotee and Fluid Healing would add so much.
    It would also solve Acrobat’s viability issues, as giving it comparable mobility to Battle Monk or Boltslinger would be more than enough to compensate for the lower damage scaling. Might be the only thing the archetype needs to be as good as the others.

    The way I see it, if you’re an average or above Acrobat (as in, you know how to keep yourself airborne), you’re sticking to one of two playstyles- shurikens, or investing in multiweaving. I personally lean more towards the latter, though I think the current necessity between choosing one or the other is fine as is.

    Although I would like to propose the possibility of a Better Dash ability, but I’m unsure if it’s needed as well. If your mana sustain is high enough you can simply cast Lacerate - Dash - Dash - (Dash) and repeat, but with the harshness of the Weightless nerf I’m- once again- not too sure anymore.

    Yeah it’s going to be really interesting with the weightless nerf, I doubt it will stay for long.

    Just thought of this now, what if they keep Weightless at 0.35 but then add a Better Weightless ability later in the tree, with a higher Acrobat req. That would be a good nerf to Trickstobats without destroying late game mana sustain

    What if they compacted Better Ricochets into Ricochets. The place Better Ricochets used to be, Better Weightless now is.

    I actually suggested this same Ricochets thing in my Acrobat Changes post, but I did not consider a Better Weightless. Seems to me like it would be a flawless way to nerf Trickstobat (not super heavily) without nerfing late-game Acrobat.

    Yeah better weightless is a thing now! The 0.7 mana is back!
    So instead of Better Ricochets, Ricochets are one ability. Better ricochets are replaced with Better Weightless, which increases the mana gained by another 0.35.
    Pirouette is also a white node, to give an extra AP for the new ability.
    The changes are on the Hero Beta, however maintenance started a little while ago so you won’t be able to log on.
    Not sure how long maintenance usually lasts, but the update should be releasing pretty soon! So hyped

    Okay yeah looking further into it, I’m now fine with this change.
    Although slight correction, the increase is +0.25 mana (0.6 MPH total)

    Yeah it’s 0.25 mana now, at the time of that post I had just checked the beta server when it was +0.35
