Website & Forums Bug Report Process current issues and potential improvements

I believe right now the bug report process can be a little unclear or obtuse in the responses you can get after reporting a bug, alongside this there *may* be prioritisation issues but it's hard to tell since I'm not a forums insider

I've listed the fix ideas in much more depth in the video, but they include prioritising particular bug types over others, making certain replies to bugs are fast/clear even if it's an update that the bug may take a while to fix, and potentially adding a little automation to the bug report process to allow for duplicate reports to be more easily dealt with
