Something like hiding armor is a thing people have wanted for a long time, myself included.

The ability to hide armor opens up tons of new potential for cosmetic usage, and actually makes a good chunk of the Extremely Lackluster cosmetic hats ( There's a lot of them that are more like wearing a Billboard than a hat.. and still more that are unsightly on top of that ) a little more worthwhile.

The fact that this is tied to The Silverbull Shares feels insulting, to put it delicately. It's such a Useful QOL improvement That would feel Much better if it were a donator rank reward, and not something you had to continuously subscribe to ( Or take up a day shift Raiding in Wynn to afford)

I get the point is to make the Infinite Price Tag Feel worth it, But that can be done in a better, less insulting way.

As much as I really want this myself I can't help but be unable to argue with its placement. It's a purely cosmetic feature that gives no in-game advantage to gameplay whatsoever. Paired with how popular the idea is among the community, it makes perfect sense that the hide armor function is a great non-morally-wrong incentive for people to buy Silverbull.

Or if we all use patcher or other armor hide mods, we don't have to.

It was put behind the subscription for a reason. It's a desired cosmetic feature so it's behind our subscription to give an incentive for a player to subscribe, and thus allow us to be able to keep the server running

It's an infinite Price tag , Not a subscription

And it's a slap to the face to put something so desirable behind an infinite price tag

Now, I'm not sure what that looks like to you, but to me, that looks like a subscription.

In order for people to actually buy the subscription, it needs to have features that people want. If you want the armour hiding, buy the feature; simple as that.

A Masterclass in missing the point

    Subscriptions ARE infinite Price tags.

Viewing them as anything else is falling for one of the oldest tricks in the book.

    If there's a feature that's better Put As a Single-Purchase ( Like armor hiding)

Then Making it Subscription-only Is Locking it behind an Infinite Price tag.

I.E : You are paying Constantly To access something that should only have to be accessed 1 Time

    So the Cost isn't " 7.99 "

The Cost is " 7.99 Per Month, For As Long as you want to Use the Perk "

Which means, in the most literal sense of the word,

That the cost of this perk is actually Infinity.

if the cost is infinity how do people have it???

Anyway, this evidently shows that you haven't read the threads explaining why this is a thing. Wynncraft actually needs money, so they had to make this. Simple as that. If you want the thing, buy the subscription. It doesn't cost an infinite amount of money, it costs a finite amount of money for as long as you want to have it. You won't have it for an infinite amount of time, so it won't cost an infinite amount of money.

Search up the St. Petersburg paradox. Even though the expected value is infinite, you aren't going to be getting infinite money every time.
