Housing items request

While building a cyberpunk city in my housing island I came across some lost opportunities and items/features that I wish were added.


1-quests: having mini quests that encourage visitors to roam around the island and explore and add lore to the game, I imagined it having like an npc with a custom name and gives a quest when you talk to it, floating items that update the quest (without having to pick it up to the inventory).

2-books: floating books or a book on a block, when clicking on the book it gives gives dialog written by the builder, this can be used to explain the lore of the island in a natural way, instead of having it in signs or in billboards that doesn't always fit the style of the place.

3-banners: maybe there would be a way to draw on the banner instead of using a loom.

4-food on tables: tables and chairs look amazing but it would add to the atmosphere if you could place food items on it like the item pedestal. tables can only accept consumables.


5-item frames.

Since I'm on the topic of housing, I would like to mention that when visitors come to any island they'd stare at the place for 10 seconds then leave, it's not a big issue but its a shame when many builders spend a lot of time building a huge place for just 10 seconds of recognition. I mentioned this in hopes of starting a discussion on what other suggestions that might help give more value to player's housings.
