Dungeons Special Dungeon Rooms

    i thought of a way to make dungeons more, re-playable, as currently they're really repetitive after a couple of runs. i think dungeons could have zero to two secret rooms that can be opened up via a multitude of ways.

    i'll explain further;

    when a dungeon is run, the game could decide on how many secret rooms this specific run could have, and once that has been decided, it chooses the rooms from a select few and scatters them in the dungeon. then these rooms have to either be found by the players, unlocked by killing a mini-boss, or paying some emeralds, get creative with it!

    these rooms could be full of chests, or full of monsters and traps with a reward at the end, or even have a shop for supplies like health potions or an ingredient or gear shop. to me this sounds like a really fun mechanic for dungeons. it adds a sense of exploration and wanting to check every corner of a dungeon. of course, these rooms are optional, and you don't have to find them.

    there's so much we could do with such a mechanic, and it'd make dungeons so much more valuable to players. what if there was a room with lots of gathering spots and gathering in that specific room gave double the xp? this would help make professions a little less annoying, no? what if the room with mobs also gave double xp? of course this would need to be balanced, maybe put a 5 or so minute timer for the room, but you get the point.

    so, what do you think?

    this is a good one, sounds like an addition that is long present in regular mmo rpg games, and should be in wynncraft too.

    talking about chests, it actually feels right to me for a dungeon to have a special reward chest in the end. you can practically replace the “item rain” which is how you are rewarded for completing a dungeon right now. of course, you won’t get a filled T3 or T4 chest, and it will have the same rewards as you got in “item rain”

    There's already something kind of like this in Sand-Swept-Tomb and it's pretty good so yeah I wouldn't mind it being in more dungeons.

    It'd also be cool to see more branching paths and stuff like that, we have a rudementary version of it in EO where you can choose which minibosses you want to fight but it'd be cool to have more dungeons incorporate it, this would also definitely help replayability.

    I really like this idea, but:
    Not really a fan of this. I don't really think you should pay any emeralds for a dungeon room. However, as mentioned before, searching thoroughly through some rooms or killing a hidden miniboss. I also don't really think shops should be in a dungeon as it'd feel very out of place. Everything else you say I agree with tho, and these definitely should be added.
