    hey ive been diving around the treasure reef for a couple days now, and i keep finding ultra marine sets and ive looked into the stats and its just for a low level mana build? i mean the set looks like a diving suit. i propose that the armour recieves some sort of swimming movement speed buff or longer breathing time something because as it stands right now its just another useless set item.

    this useless set gives up to 72 mana regen and 114 int at level 60/70
