    Hello Wynncrafters,

I don't know if this was brought up or even spoken about as I'm still quite new combat level 50 mage, but I would like to see "all classes" have a dual welding feature, like I can imagine weapons being specifically made for the offhand gameplay. Maybe it's less damage or maybe it's made for another use, I think it's an idea to look at.

Note: I am new, and I haven't scrimmaged around to see if this is a thing, I just think if it's not, it's an idea to look at!

I'm not sure if it's mechanically possible, but it sounds insanely broken. A lot of builds already consist of using multiple weapons (Infidel + Rhythm of the Seasons is an example), and I think that would cause a lot of issues regarding combat. If you cast a spell, which weapon is going to deal damage? Surely it can't be both because people are already getting insane damage with a singular weapon and I legitimately fear the idea of what two mythic weapons could accomplish.

In terms of using non-weapons in the offhand, pots would absolutely need to be banned from that. The maximum potion already heals for 4500 HP which is usually around 25-35% of the user's maximum HP (not to mention might also cause issues with combat since spells have click combos). So if weapons and potions can't be used for dual wielding, then... It's more or less pointless unfortunately

TLDR: I agree that the idea of dual wielding could be cool, but mechanically it probably wouldn't be possible and also would be insanely overpowered

It definitely is possible mechanically, but it would be OP if you were able to dual wield weapons.
Shields would be cool though, they could add parries and stuff and make combat more skill based.
