World Few suggestions for 2.1 and future

(Obviously I don't expect all of this to come anytime soon, but rather come eventually maybe even like 2.2 or 2.3 or further :) )


1. Lost sanctuary rewamp.

I know that CT said that they will rewamp all dungeons to feel new like the new galleon's graveyard, and lost sanctuary definitely requires the next rewamp. (I would say that Ice barrows needs the same attention as lost sanctuary but I doubt they will rewamp 2 dungeons in 1 update)

2. Ocean

Last major update to ocean was like 9 years ago and its bigger than the biggest province we have, Ocean definitely needs an expansion for future content and more content overall.

3. Fruma province

Everyone is waiting for either this or dern, and we know that both of these will arrive in the future, but in my opinion Fruma should be the next major province to the game. I'm really looking forward for beautiful terrain in this province.

But I really don't want Fruma to be executed to the public the same way gavel did. So I think WHEN the CT wants Fruma to be added, the CT should be softly be divided into 2 groups. One will work on reworks like dungeon reworks, location reworks and new quests while the other group will work on Fruma as this wont make the game die out while they work on 1 massive update.

(I will probably update this thread whenever I get a new idea)

 

I chose Dern because I think it is what Wynncraft has been building up to for the past few years, and I think Dern should be the endgame area, and Fruma should be the postgame area.

 

The Overall Overhaul update:
Ocean overhaul
Professions overhaul
Dungeons overhaul
Guild overhaul

 

I think they could realistically update both the ocean and a few dungeons/miscellaneous things.
The ocean may be bigger than gavel but most of it is water plus a few islands have already been reworked so unless they go all out on the update there's little actual content to rework leaving room for working on additional content or maybe even start working on fruma/dern the way you suggested.

 

I think we should get new content since the last two updates have been purely reworks. I think Fruma is the next step since I assume Dern will be the end of the War of the Realms storyline and would therefore be saved for last. However, I wouldn’t mind a partial wynn province rework with a larger, more tied-together story/lore sorta like the Colossus storyline was. It’s particularly lacking compared to the second half of Gavel and it needs a touch-up but maybe not the size of Gavel Reborn

 

To be entirely honest I think lost sanctuary and infested pit could use a total lore+quest overhaul as well

 

Honestly most of the dungeons need a complete overhaul, even if it doesn't mean changing the story up, just because mechanically they're extremely outdated (FF and EO probably don't need updating but some tweaks to FF would be nice and don't even get me started on buffing the Eye). Giving GG the justice it needed just makes me want the other dungeons to receive the same updated treatment so they're all enjoyable to run through, because right now most of them feel stale and uninteresting

 

I agree with the mechanics entirely, I just wanted to mention the story for those 2 in particular because they are really not great in that aspect. But I agree 100%.

 

I mean decrepit sewers is fine the way it is, imagine a level 9 dungeon being 15 minutes long lol. besides decrepit sewers should be simple for newer players to understand.
