Game Mechanics Adding gathering upgrade gear-items into the game

    I think a fun way to make gathering more interesting would be items-gear that would give benefits to these activities. A good example of this kind of skilling systems woudl be «runescape's skilling items». To make it shorts a interesting example of an items would be: while gathering X lvl resources player would occasionally (random apperance and with a random daily cap) see a interactible spirit. Said spirit would give X number of random ingredients (or other kind of items).

    The randomness should assure a rapid first apperance with less and less subsequent ones until capped.
    Said item that produces this would need to be repaired. Maybe would also be customable or multiple versions to represent each players playstyles.

    This would give another emeral sink into the game (maybe) and some skilling progression on pair with its grind.
