Game Mechanics Another Arcanist buff suggestion

Suggested changes -

Stronger Meteor: increase the damage and size of meteor. (Much bigger aoe)

Chaos Explosion: When you cast Arcane Transfer, you will rapidly cast meteor a number of times depending on the amount of mana received. (1 spell per 20 mana)

Memory Recollection: Chaos Explosion will cast both ice snake and meteor simultaneously.

Artic Snake: freeze enemies for 2 seconds. Frozen enemies receive 30% more damage from all sources. (Similar to curse).

Arcane speed: (just remove the cool down)

 

No - please don't make the class more braindead to use than it already is (coming from someone whose fav Mage Archetype is Arcanist).

I mean, sure, maybe. If this is what it takes to make Arcanist stand out from the other two archetypes in terms of DPS - but maybe it already does that? I hate mage so much to the point where I just simply cannot get myself to test it enough. BUFF MELEE/HYBRID MAGE

Sure but this isn't much of an Arcanist buff. It's like Flaming Uppercut is to warrior's tree. In the Paladin section but applicable to any archetype (a Fallen warrior with Flaming Uppercut is not now a true Fallen Paladin hybrid).

YES and perhaps give it an Arcanist requirement? For the love of god why do I have to take Psychokinesis to spec all the way down the Arcanist route. I DONT WANT METEORS TO FLY OUT OF MY FACE I CANNOT SEE ANYTHING!!! Sorry if the game makers expected me to enjoy standing on the spot holding hands with every boss and spamming meteors into the floor. Idc if it's more DPS (Entropy Simulator) I don't wish to play that way..
