Game Mechanics Make selling items at Merchant Booth being tax-free

Compare with Trade Market, Merchant Booth has less features. Except for a few popular location make it being useful, most of them are almost becoming part of the landscape in game, presence is thinner than the ozone layer.
I think it should have more unique features than Trade Market. Making sale items being tax-free may encourage players to find specific user's shop on the map, and may also slightly increase players' willing to buy Champion Rank, while not affecting F2P player's right.
