I just did a new playthrough, and I noticed something a little weird about the juggler unlock quests

Aldorei part 2 makes sense since it serves as a tutorial for the juggler and is also a convenient way to enter the Canyon of the Lost (which you would be visiting in a couple of levels)

Dwarves and Doguns part 1 makes sense for Rodoroc since it's the first of a 4 part questline and will be a place you need to visit frequently

Recipe for Disaster is also pretty simple, it's one of the first Sky Islands quests and serves as a nice introduction to the area (since the quest that precedes it is more about the void and Recipe for Disaster has you go on an adventure across the Sky Islands)

But... Thesead is unlocked after you complete Hidden City, which is a level 88 quest. It's actually the second-to-last Canyon of the Lost quest in general! This is also an issue with Eltom itself, but that's a topic for another day.

Once you have unlocked the Thesead juggler, you actually have no real reason to go back to Thesead anyway. The last quest in the canyon is Enter the Dojo, and players also have Corkus to explore by this point.

Prior to 2.0, the most logical quest to switch to would be A Marauder's Dues. A Marauder's Dues doesn't actually unlock Thesead, but it unlocks the gate to it and it would make sense to unlock a fast travel to Thesead in the quest as well. However, I think it would now work best in The Canary Calls.

The Canary Calls used to do a horrible job at showing off what Thesead was like, but the rework improved it greatly. As well as this, the hidden lore in the reworked version establishes that the chief of the Thesead coal mine is also the right hand of the mayor. Clight could easily pull some strings for us and get the Thesead juggler operating. The Canary Calls feels like THE Thesead quest, while Hidden City is more focused on Eltom and is a little too late in the level 80s to justify a juggler unlock.
