the guidelines for the general suggestions section are already pretty clear, and i don't mind it not being actively screened for only new and original suggestions, it's a lot of hassle and probably would go wrong somewhere. most if not all of these very low effort posts get ignored and quickly dissappear into the pages anyway, so i think it's fine to not take any action against them given they don't start being spammed.
