How to make mythic armours work

I'm always seeing mythic armour posts here and everyone always says that it would be to hard to balance and i agree so I propose a way of making this work
This may or may not have been said before but i think if you make it so that you can only wear one mythic item at once similar to quira items it would mean we wouldn't have a huge gap between people who have mythics and those who don't (wouldn't be a bigger issue than it already is)
I understand that it would mean lots of new items being added and it would make it much harder to find a specific mythic but maybey we make mythics a little more common idk

Idk i just think this would be cool and this is my first thread sos if it sucks thanks for reading :D
