What build should I use (Archer Lvl 65)

So I started a few days ago with Wynncraft. I read many things about which build people uses. I'm a fan of all-skills builds but people saying they are not good. So should I concentrate on Intelligence and Dexterity? Maybe some of you can recommend a build to me, that would be nice.

My buil right now is:
- Olux's Prized Bow
- Necklace: Master
- Bracelet: Tear of the pirate Cove
- Ring 1: Precious
- Ring 2: Morph-Emerald
- Boots: Abysso Galoshes
- Leggings: Morph-Iron
- Chestplate: Cloak of Luminosity
- Helmet: Mask of Enlightenment
Skills:
Str: 25
Dex: 27
Int: 64
Def: 25
Agility: 31

I know my equip is a mess. That's why I'm here.

Second Thing: Do people uses more than one weapon (like poison-/spell-/neutral-damage)? Saw that the first time today and wanna know if it's helpful.

Don't worry too much about gear until like, the 80s or even 90s.

Usually people only use one weapon, but it might be a decent idea to use another weapon of a different element in case of fighting something with defenses to your main weapon.
