Game Mechanics Hot Bar Slots

This is a small one but would there be a way to make the 3 slots the Compass Book and Soul point be in a pop up menu like where the ingredient pouch is replace that with a area that when you click you can see the books compass soul points and add the ingredient pouch in there to have more space and even maybe the accessories be put in there giving us players 7 extra slots (3 being our hotbar)
