Twain's mansion quest item tagged junk item

I was doing the twain's mansion quest and got one of the ghostly item before reaching the sign saying "Throw tribute to the eyes of the beast, it shall guide you". And to get to that room requires you to throw items onto two pressure plate, and I threw one of the ghostly item cause it's tagged junk item, and now I can't get it back, so I can't do the quest
1.Make those ghostly item quest item
2.Anyone know how to fix the quest? (logging in and out allowed me to get dupes so that's fixed

 

iirc those items are dropped by mobs in the mansion, and you can get more of them by walking into those areas again
