Since the 1.20 Gavel Reborn Update, we've been introduced to the new housing island but I've been thinking about what if instead of the regular old plain flat island, we can build DIRECTLY to the Wynncraft map.
(In a sub-server, where your build won't affect the real map. Just your housing server. Similar concept on how your housing island can't be seen in Ragni.)

For example is like once you pay for housing, you will be given a plot of land from the Wynncraft map in your housing sub-server like the vast grass field near Deltas or the mountainous land on the Canyon of The Lost to build your own house.

    The Advantages

This way players can directly build according to the area theme and can be creative in deciding their housing location. It also can make the players feel like their build is part of the map and will encourage them to make a structure there rather than just an empty plot with only NPC and minimum decoration.
You can build many things such as a marvelous mansion in Llevigar city, an unpenetrable fortress in Detlas suburbs, a majestic pyramid in the Almuj desert, or a steampunk factory in Corkus terrain
Having just a floating island is not gonna help the player to be creative and most players don't even bother to build since they don't have the inspiration to do so.

    The Disadvantages

Certain area requires ranks in order to build there and some area might not have a proper location such as Ragni where there are no good places within the city to make an empty plot. This might change one day in the future update where we might get new rework areas (or just a minor rebuild) alongside this suggestion.

    Extra Ideas

For those who think "Well how about the players that already build structures on their island? Does it just going to reset their hard work".

Well, that's the neat part, they don't.

Those who have already built structures can keep their island with an offer to buy a land plot at a discounted price. We can be given the option to choose either a flat island or a land plot. Those housing options will also be sold at different prices. They are also only given 1 housing per category (1 land plot and 1 floating island).

I'm really excited about posting this suggestion cuz I think this is a marvelous idea.
    JUST THINK ABOUT IT.
Think about the magnificent structures that will be built within the already beautiful land surrounding it. COMPARE IT WITH THE BORING FLAT ISLAND WHICH MOST AREAS EVEN DOESN'T HAVE PROPER EYE-LEVEL SCENERY.

There might be some extra addition that can be added to this suggestion. I request your help to put your thought on this and comment with some additional ideas for it.

I really hope my suggestion is going to have huge support and one day be implemented in the official Wynncraft server.

I like the idea and I think it would be really fun! However, I think it would be way to difficult to implement/maintain/moderate sadly (I'm not going to explain why I think that, because I should probably be sleeping now).
