A new Hallowynn/Christmas quest (every year ?)

    The title pretty much says everything.

    It's quite a simple idea but I think it would be cool to get a new quest every year/2 years/? years for Halloween/Christmas.
    Each time, the new quest would replace the older one but all the old quests could still be replayed (without being counted as quests) with the addition of a new special NPC.

    This way we would always have the same amount of festive themed quests but with occasional seasonal new versions and without completely deleting the older ones.
