Assassin/Ninja Help What should I do to improve my gear

Im a Level 58 assassin
I want to upgrade my gear at level 60
Im a bit undergeared and taking way too much dmg from mobs around my level
Current gear: Vension-helm
chest-bob's battlechestplate
leggings- morph iron
boots-sandstorm walker
dagger- Reaper of souls

rings:
quartons eye
sandust

Bracelet Vindicator
Amulet
Generator Amulet
I've been told I'm under healthed with 2.5k but I also heard a lot of good stuff for assassin is unlocked at level 60?
help?

current budget: around 8 liquid emeralds
