Game Mechanics Gathering and crafting expension with new affixes

Create a bunch of new affixes to reduce the amount of time used for gatherings, increase chance to get higher quality ressources, reduce crafting time, chance to craft gear a level higher but cannot go higher than your current tier (if you can craft rings between level 1 and 3, you can't craft a level 4 using this recipe.
For exemple :
+% chance to yield an additional gathering ressource
+% chance to yield better quality gathering ressource
-% crafting time
+% crafting level (canot go higher than your current recipe level)
