crafting rework

Crafted Armor, weapons and jewelry are rarely used and need to be more simplified. It would be great if there was more incentive to use the crafting feature. Weapons that are not crafted are in general better always.

How it could be better
I think that crafted items would be better as a powerful limited use item. Like a bow that spawns friendly mobs to fight for you but has 3 uses or a ring that gives you gold hearts.

But to give you a run down, it was a massive rework of ingredients and was meant to make crafting significantly less grindy and RNG-based while more customizable. Though the item portion is probably outdated by now.

 

Crafted Armor already has the potential to be immensely useful.
