    There should be a place for players to fight each other for LOOT.
    This would make pvp really interesting.
    Its simple, if a player is killed they drop all loot in the arena.

    There would be a accept screen before you enter so you know what you are getting into.

    if items can drop, people would just use morph or mythics+untradables like they already do in hunted. A pvp arena would be cool if no one dropped items, but pvp as a whole would have to be fixed first since it has a ton of problems

    PvP arena like the old nether yes please.
    item dropping? better not.

    the problem is that pvp is broken. rich people have op builds and it is hard to let low level players participate.
    my idea would be to be able to select loadouts:
    you go into the arena and get idk like 10 loadouts to try.
    everyone has same base stats and same amount of skill points.
    =>pretty much nothing is linked to your character.
    this would make pvp balanced but remove creativity on the player's side.
    but i dont see that as a big problem as the number and diversity of the builds/loadouts could be increased.

    instead of dropping items, i think weekly/monthly/yearly awards to the best (k/d) and the most participating (time)
    would be great. this could include titles, like "Champion of the arena" for someone who has the highest win streak going on.

    Overall I really miss the nether D;

    I'd say that rewards might be an interesting way to encourage people to do battles, but they'd have to be quite small per individual battle, on the order of 20-40 raw emeralds and a couple of assorted items and powders per win.

    One thing that might be interesting is a "Build Score" feature. Basically, each item has a designated score, and your total build score is the combined build score of all your items. An item's score is based off of its popularity (How often the item is used in PvP games), with more popular items having a higher build score, along with mythics. The lower your build score, the more rewards you get from battling. This would encourage unique builds, and make meta builds less desirable. Individual item scores would be updated on a regular basis, so the meta item pool would constantly change.
