Give plague doctor Plague mask.

So we have a plague doctor boss and a plague mask model. So why not put the mask on the doctor?

 

His skin already features a plague mask.

 

The suggestion is to add the plague mask cosmetic to his skin for extra detail. Yes, he has a mask on his skin already, but adding the cosmetic would make the boss slightly more unique. I suppose the same could apply to his LI counterpart.

There's a lot of cases where I feel that new event cosmetics could be retroactively given to old NPCs (santa hat on santa, ushanka on some nesaak npcs, ginger beard on some dwarves etc) but whether such changes will be made is up to the CT I guess

Just feels weird having all these perfect cosmetics and not using them, especially when Redbeard's revamp in 1.21 is going to use the pirate hat cosmetic
