Use horizon for better defs but lower ehp
And str should be at 125 holding collapse to use rots (80 rots req + 45 from collapse)

Well, everybody has about suggested what I would have said so oh well, lol, but I do have a comment on using RotS as a hp sustain.

I mained this build on my warrior for a good while but I got tired of having to use Charge to heal. If you use RotS, it'll use up your mana fast after about 3 charges and I wasn't able to solo LI with it though you could argue that could just be how I play the game. As for other options to use as an hp sustain, life steal's out of the question, it's a tierstack build after all, so that would leave hpr which I think might have better potential over RotS. I'm currently using this build mixed with Undying as a replacement for RotS and it does do pretty well going against the eyeball monsters in a mob totem outside of Lutho. This does depend on if you can reasonably dodge attacks okay so the hpr can recover hp decently. Only problem with using hpr is that if you want a good hpr tierstack build, your best bet is Boreal which is a mythic. I have yet to test out Boreal in a tierstack so I can't say for certain how good it is but I think it has potential. I did try making a build that used Infernal Impulse but the problem with using that is that the ehp and damage become pretty bad and isn't worth it for Rally. Another wacky idea I thought up was using Phage Pins in a tierstack Collapse with RotS as a hp sustain. The idea behind it is pretty simple as you would get a reduced Charge cost from Phage pins down to 1 and you would get extra mr from Phage Pins to do more healing Charges. I'll post that down as another idea for you but do take it with a grain of salt as I have no idea on how well it would work. It does require a crafted ring though and a bunch of T6 powders to counteract the bad thunder def.

One more thing to note, if it is still happening, 1.21 will nerf the self heal on RotS and Infernal Impulse to lower levels so keep that in mind.

 

i agree with you, using rots as hp sustain is not that good in those builds (i also couldnt solo li), but its the easiest hp sustain you can have
that phage pins one should work a bit better i guess
also tried building with infernal impulse and it didnt came out good

That's the one I'm going to test Boreal out with but you could using Prism over Facile maybe as it would only require one tome then. Facile would be great for having slightly more damage and hpr so I think either is acceptable.

To add to this more, as of this post on the Item Team thread from September under the spoiler "Upcoming Changes", the self heal on Rally will go from 10% down to 7%.

 

Hmm presonaly i dont think rally deserved a nerf. Its already pretty weak tbh.

That is an option though the person suggesting builds doesn't want crafted items. I'd still have the unrequested here in case they change their mind of course

As a replacement for that that has no crafted items, here's this. Yeah, it's not as good but it's at least okay. You have to replace Horizon with Second Wind or else you will have an ehp and hp of paper mache.
