Guilds Guild War Cooldown Rework

Simple Change: Make a 3 day war cooldown after you LEAVE a guild instead of JOIN a guild.

it just makes more sense... think about it, now think a bit more about it...

fully would just make mega alliances stronger
Like what if you are part of the alliance you only have the owner online and you are getting wiped all you need to do is ask another guild which has members to lend you warrers. And they can get to warring without any problem.
